I highly recommend Olivas Construction. We received the quote and construction date promptly, and had frequent communication to address any questions. Replacing our back patio and sidewalk took just two days. The crew was friendly and efficient. They took care around my yard and landscaping. Any trash was picked up at the end of the day. They even left my yard so my dogs could go to the bathroom one last time before there was wet concrete. We love our colored/stamped concrete, and they gave us a military discount. Just waiting for it to cure so it can be sealed. We will be using them again!
Olivas Construction gave us the best bid for our driveway extension. They completed the project and it looks good. It was delayed because of rain/weather conditions but they were good to wait o the work could be done properly. Very pleased!

These guys are experts and very professional. They took my ideas on what I wanted to do, suggested some great changes to make it much better, and then outperformed my expectations with concrete. Their equipment and team are top notch. Maintained a clean worksite and moved my sprinklers out of the way. They found and preserved landscape wiring I didn't know I had. Completely recommend them for your small to large projects. They can do it all.
We had Olivias Construction remove old broken concrete and lay 2 new large pads. They were so professional to work with! We highly recommend them. They were on time and when they experienced unforseen issues they were able to fix them. They did everything in the time frame and the final projects are absolutely beautiful.
